Compact and does not stand out any more than necessary. Still tall enough to easily reach and rotate the top of the single handwheel. Full height, ensuring that you don’t have to bend down too far to reach the hand-wheels. This can be particularly beneficial if you have a larger pool, especially those exceeding 9 or 10 meters in length. The ‘Satin Black’ model offers the same benefits as the white Endurance model. Many clients have a preference for the ‘Satin Black’ roller ends, reporting that this color is less visually prominent. This model is architecturally inspired and minimalist in design. Many clients choose this model to minimize the visual impact of the roller in their pool area.

Pool Cover Roller Guide

How to Choose Your Pool Cover Roller

Start by selecting the roller size that suits your pool’s width. Each roller model is available in versions designed for pools up to 2.2m, 3.4m, 4.3m, 5.2m or 6.1m wide. The roller tube can then be adjusted during assembly to closely match the exact width of your pool.

ModelPool widthBest for
Arcadia Compact2.0–6.1 mThe compact value pick. Low-profile, yet tall enough to reach and turn its single handwheel easily.
Apollo & Endurance2.0–6.7 mThe widest coverage. Full-height frames with hand-wheels are the easiest to reach and use without bending down. Satin black (Apollo) or ivory white (Endurance).
Pegasus Designer2.0–6.1 mThe design-led choice: architecturally minimalist, so the roller draws the least attention poolside. Powder-coated aluminium or electro-polished 316 stainless steel.
Neptune Bench Seat3.0–5.7 mA roller and poolside bench seat in one, with top planks finished in red cedar or silver-aluminium.

For a conventional family pool, expect a from-price of roughly $479–$699 depending on the model — exact prices are shown on each roller above and vary with your pool’s width.

Does your roller need wheels?

Castor wheels are not usually needed to move a roller back from the pool by a metre or so. However, if you plan to move it regularly or over longer distances, four lockable castor wheels make this much easier. Available as a $79 add-on.

Warranty & Peace of Mind

20+years in Australia

Every pool cover roller we sell is covered by a 5-year pro-rata warranty and backed by Pool Express.

The hardware is built for a poolside life: anodised aluminium tubes, powder-coated aluminium frames and UV-stabilised high density polycarbonate wheels resist corrosion season after season. A free UV over-cover is included, protecting the blanket stored on the roller from sun damage between swims.

Fitting Your Cover to a Roller

Every roller includes ten adjustable black straps, the simplest and easiest way to connect your cover to the roller tube. Detailed instructions and an installation video are provided, and we’re happy to help directly.

Please Note: When ordering your cover, you may be prompted to select “your preferred connection type”. You can ignore this option if you are also ordering a roller, as adjustable black straps will be supplied automatically. The adjustable straps are the easiest to use.
